That is a lot of beans! I am not really a fan of beans, so I admit I rarely cook with them.
I make cowboy caviar for all my football games and it’s the first dish that’s empty. I even make a double batch.
I love beans & dip, so I’m on board for these recipes, ha! I like making my own hummus.

I love beans! In everything. Being vegan they are big part of my diet. My favorite growing up was pinto beans, as in Heinz baked beans. Now though I love black beans.
