Easy Key Lime Pie In A Mug Recipe #ad #YogurtPerfection

April 20, 2015 by Dawn McAlexander

Easy Key Lime Pie Recipe In A Mug #ad #YogurtPerfection

My daughter and I both love yogurt. It comes in so many flavors and some of it is so decadent, it’s like having a rich, sinful dessert. That is where Liberté® Méditerranée Yogurt comes in. This weekend I stopped in at Publix and was able to pick up some of Liberté® Méditerranée’s tasty yogurts to try out for ourselves. We came up with a really tasty {and easy to make} Key Lime Pie recipe that we think you will love.

Easy Key Lime Pie Recipe

Easy Key Lime Pie Recipe In A Mug #ad #YogurtPerfection

You Will Need…

4 Liberté® Méditerranée Coconut Yogurts
2 limes {sliced into wedges}
1 pack of graham crackers
pastel green food coloring
whip cream in a can

Easy Key Lime Pie Recipe In A Mug #ad #YogurtPerfection

To Prepare…

In a bowl, crunch up the graham crackers as fine as you can with a fork.
Pour half into the bottom of two pint jars or similar size glasses or bowls.
Combine the yogurt with the remaining crushed graham crackers and stir well.
Squeeze the juice of 1.5 limes into the mixture and stir well. You can use more or less if you like.
Add 16 drops of pastel green food coloring and stir well.
Divide the yogurt mixture into the two mugs, covering the graham crackers completely.
Add whipped cream to the top and a lime wedge and serve.

*Tip – If you get the mixture “too lime-y,” you can add Vanilla Extract, a teaspoon at a time to cut the lime flavor.

If Coconut Yogurt is not your thing, that is okay, too. There is a great selection for you! Choose from…

• Liberté® Méditerranée Cappuccino
• Liberté® Méditerranée® Caramel
• Liberté® Méditerranée® Blackberry
• Liberté® Méditerranée® Coconut
• Liberté® Méditerranée® French Vanilla
• Liberté® Méditerranée® Lemon
• Liberté® Méditerranée® Strawberry

I picked up almost all of the flavors this weekend at Publix and, I have to say, Amber and I have sampled some really good yogurt. I was really excited about the Cappuccino flavor and it is one of the best yogurts I have had in my life. Amber is also really in love with the Caramel.

Founded by the Kaporovsky family in 1936, Liberte was the first company to bring Kefir and Greek Yogurt to Canada. They are still pioneering unique flavors like Papaya, Lychee and Plum & Walnut. One of their first employees was a delivery driver who was special for his language skills. In addition to his native French he also spoke Yiddish which opened the market up even wider for the company.
