I am so weird in that I like apples and will eat them but don’t like using it in food recipes. I will eat applesauce (to be honest mostly when I’m sick), but I would try the porkchops with the apple brandy sauce (because I mean let’s face it, Pork + Brandy has got to be good!) 🙂

Your post reminded me that I used to make homemade applesauce when my first child started eating baby food. I would infuse blueberries into it as well.
