Who loves waffles? I do! We recently bought a waffle iron {the cool kind that rotates like they use in restaurants} not one of the el cheapos. So now the hubs has been making me waffles pretty often. Oh yum these look so delicious! My favorite is Belgian waffles (while actually in Belgium, or I’d even take France) that have nutella and powdered sugar on them. Amazing!

Hubby is typle 2 diabetic- I use agave syrup on our waffles, the maple flavored- delicious recipes, though I’d make ours with rice flour.
I say definitely alter recipes to suit your likes and health needs. I always do when I can.
