If you have aging pets or dogs that have conditions like joint pain or Hip Dysplasia, you will want to learn more about Natural Solutions Hip and Joint Chews. Our dog, Daisy Baby, has been taking Natural Solutions supplements for a few weeks now and I want to share with you what we have learned and what results we have been seeing.
Natural Solutions Hip And Joint Dog Chews
Fortunately for us, Daisy Baby thinks the Natural Solutions powder supplement that we have been giving her is tasty, but she also likes these chews. She has always been pretty easy to please in the food and treat department. However, there are plenty of dogs out there that simply might not like the powder. So, Natural Solutions has created their Hip and Joint Supplement in chew form, as well. They offer the same benefits as the powder and are available in both regular and Vet strength, for your convenience.
Tips For Administering Dog Supplements To Aid In Joint Pain Relief
Each Natural Stride Hip And Join Chew is intended per 25 pounds of weight. Since both of my doggies are way smaller than that, we needed to cut the chews up. Thanks to the suggestion on the packaging and another blogger friend, we have found that if you heat an individual chew up for 8 seconds and then cut it, you will be able to administer it to your doggy much easier. 🙂

Our dog loves her Natural Stride chews too!
Make sure to talk to your vet but I love that there are natural, healthy options out here to help your dog. Just like we need supplements and help, so do they.
Thanks for the savings code. I’ll definitely check it out.
How great!I have a 13 year old Border Collie with stiff joints, and this could be perfect for her!
One of my dogs takes something similar for her joint problems. I’ll have to check into this brand. Thanks!
I don’t have a dog, but I have hip dysplasia. Maybe I need some for myself! lol
Oh my gosh! I don’t know whether to laugh or cry for you. 😉
Choose to laugh. 🙂 I am almost 40 and will have to have my hip replaced someday, but I’ve had 5 kids and an active life, so I can’t complain.
We don’t have a dog but my best friend does, I’m going to share this post with her and see if she finds this would be helpful for their dog.
Sounds like a great solution for dogs. I will definitely have to pass this on to family members with dogs.
I need to get some of this for my dog, Foxy. She’s an almost 9 year old malamute and she’s starting to have achy hips!
Thanks for the tip to heat it up so you can cut it! So smart!
No problem! I am glad that my friend told me about it – I probably never would have figured it out!
Someone hit our dog in our driveway(!) and now he his hip problems. I think he needs to try this.
That is horrible! Is your dog okay besides the hip problems?
Yes, thankfully, he has healed up nicely but he will always have those problems. I can’t believe the person drove into our driveway, hit him and drove away.
There are some real jerks in the world. It takes all kinds.
I have a 6 year old German Shepard with bad hips. 🙁 Looks like he should try this! We have been giving him fish oil tabs… seems to have a little improvement.
I was wondering about these. Thanks for all of the great info!
This sounds like a great product for dogs.
My Honey Bunny (my beagle, Honey) is now 7.5 and considered a “senior” dog. It nice to learn about this before we need it for her, so we know what to do if/when it happens with her.
My sister SWEARS by only natural supplements for her pets and they are all old and act like youngsters. I dont know if I will need this for my chihuahua but I will recommend this to my neighbor who adopted a big female dog with stiff hips.
Growing up I had a German Shepard and we watched her as she got older suffer with hip pain. I wish there was something like this then. Great post!
Awwwe. Poor little girl. I love animals and hate to see them suffer. I’m glad they have something to help the pain for the little cutie.
Good tip on heating it a bit for the split. I hope it provides some relief!
I have a German Shepherd and that breed is known to have hip troubles. So far, he’s good but I will keep this in mind as he gets older. Thanks!
I had no idea there were supplements available for dogs. This is fantastic.
My sister in laws dog has issues. He was shocked by cords and he has has issues ever since.
Oh no! That is horrible – poor doggie! 🙁
I remember when my grandparents’ dog Rocky was getting older – like 13 or 14 – and he was getting so stiff. These would have been great for him. Definitely a great treat for any dog!
I’m going to pass this info along to my parents, as their dog has some hip issues. Thanks for sharing!
I know a friend whose pup is suffering right now with hip problems. This just may help him . Thank you for sharing
Thanks for sharing! I may need to look into this for my 14 year old dog!
You have so much good info about pets, if I ever change my mind about getting one I’ll know where to look!
its so important to take supplements as humans so our pets should do the same!
I don’t currently have a dog, but all my dogs have had problems as they aged. I am glad they have these products now.
I used to have an old Golden Retriever – she was fat, slow, her eyes were no good, and she had arthritic hips. Oh wait a minute, that was ME! (Actually it was both of us – I gave her supplements from the vet, and tried them myself – they tasted like liver!) She has since crossed the Rainbow Bridge – I miss you, Bonnie!
So sorry to hear about your loss of your furbaby. That’s funny that you tried the treat. I hate liver, bleh!
There seems to be certain breeds that have more hip problems and they can run into a lot of money to have surgeries on. I know how the dogs feel I have joint pain all the time to and it is hard to walk. Thanks for the info
How I wish there were things like thi for my dog when she was suffering when were kids. Nice to know that if I ever get a dog again this would be there for her or him.
I have a feeling our beagle, although only 7 years old is showing pain in his legs and hips. It may be that in the cold weather we aren’t able to walk daily. Thanks for this post which could be the solution.
Well this is definitely worth a try. I will tell my aunt that has a dog with hip issues!!
Its very helpful to know what products for hip and joint pain are available. I would guess that many dogs experience these types of discomfort as they age. I know humans can ane I’m sure the pain can be unbearable at times.
