Nutrisystem ~
Well folks, week 20 of Nutrisystem may be one of my happiest yet! Not only did I lose weight, but I also hit a Milestone! I earned my 2nd Nutribear! I have earned one so far, but it’s lonely! When I order again, it will have a friend! Yay!

Who doesn’t love getting rewards? I know I do. I also love having something to work towards. Let’s face it, losing weight is hard. I know that it has been for me. But Nutrisystem has definitely been the most supportive and most effective diet program that I have ever been on. My coach is awesome as are my fellow bloggers in the Nutrisystem Nation {I know those of you on Twitter have seen the #nsnation hashtags}. This awesome support system has helped me tremendously and I can’t tell you guys about it enough.
I have personally struggled with my weight my entire life. I can not recall a time when I was skinny, however, I can recall many times when I was skinni-ER. I hope to one day be skinny-ER again, and I do think that I can reach that goal with the help of Nutrisystem!

- Week 4 Total –> 0.6 pounds lost

What a cute idea and great way to help you keep track. Getting your bear buddy a friend is a way to keep you going. I like all the names and what they represent.
