Nutrisystem Chocolatey Nougat Bar – Did someone say chocolate, caramel and nougat? Yes please!
This is my 23rd week of Nutrisystem and I am sure that some of you are wondering what some of my favorite foods are in the program. I know that when I first signed up, I asked others who were already using Nutrisystem what some of their favorite foods were to aid in my first order. So, to hopefully help some of you , here is a list of my favorite Nutrisystem deserts and snacks.

So, I just finished Week Nutrisystem and I have to say that I still love the program. As many of you have read here on Cheap Is The *New* Classy, my daughter has spent some time in the hospital recently for a surgery. Though she was very ill for a little while, the convenience of Nutrisystem allowed me to stay on the program and stray very little.

Well folks, week 20 of Nutrisystem may be one of my happiest yet! Not only did I lose weight, but I also hit a Milestone! I earned my 2nd Nutribear! I have earned one so far, but it’s lonely! When I order again, it will have a friend! Yay!

It’s almost New Year and you know what that means. It’s time to whip out those resolutions! Well, as we all know, I have been working on Nutrisystem for a while now. However, as you have read in many of my posts, I have given in and cheated on several occasions. having said that, my New Year’s Resolution will be to try even harder on the program – and try to avoid the things and people that tempt me. Even though I have lost weight almost every week, I feel that I could lose faster if I stuck more to the program.

I have found out that Nutrisystem has actually been a lot easier to stick to this holiday season that I had predicted. Aside from last week, this week has been going quite smoothly for me.

Recently, we celebrated Thanksgiving, and we will soon be celebrating Christmas. Losing weight (and more importantly keeping it off) can be a struggle, especially during this time of the year. That struggle is only heightened when being around all the holiday events with such awesome food.
Holiday Diet Tips ~
So, it’s the holidays – and you are on a diet. That doesn’t mean that you have to or will blow your diet. I have found that Nutrisystem is definitely one of the easiest diets to stick with as it isn’t as stringent as other diet programs. Yes, Nutrisystem has it’s foods that it recommends you eat and those that it recommends you not eat, but you do have LOTS of choices. I would like to share with you some tips on how to stick with your diet this holiday season.

Well, I made it through my first major holiday on Nutrisystem. 
Last Thursday was Thanksgiving and I weighed in on Friday and I had not gained any weight. I have to admit – that it took a lot of will power to not over eat over the holiday! My daughter made the Thanksgiving dinner this year and it was yummy! But I did not go crazy.

I am so excited. I just got word that in January, I will be joining Dawn on Nutrisystem. I can’t wait.
