Nutrisystem ~

On Friday, I finished up my 9th week of Nutrisystem and it seems that I have hit a plateau. Luckily I have lost weight every week on the program {at least a little something} but things have changed this week. I hit a plateau this week but I will not be discourages because I have awesome news to tell you guys!
My contributor, Johnetta will also be a #nsnation blogger beginning in January. I am so excited. We can support each other and both share our stories and trials {though hopefully few} with you. I hope that any of you who might have weight loss goals in mind will consider joining us on our journey. Everything is better with friends and support!
Now to this plateau – What should I do to get past it?
I think my biggest problem this week has been that I have not been exercising the way that I should be. I have cheated a couple times, but I generally do once or twice a week, so I am doubting that is the reason behind the plateau. No, the real culprit is that I have a perfectly good elliptical in my bedroom that makes a perfectly good place to throw clothing. I guess I got so happy that I got that one Nutrisystem Bear that I got lazy?? Ugh, feel free to tell me off in the comments below!
Goals for this week: MORE EXERCISE!!

11+ pounds is GREAT!! You are doing awesome! And nice to have a friend now too! Good support!!!
Good for you to keep going! It’s always better with help and support!
Way to go ! That is a great amount of loss in 9 weeks. Keep up the good work!
Thank you so much!
Dawn
Great job on your weight loss!
That is what I hated when I needed to diet, hitting that spot where even if you are trying a little, that scale just wont lie to make you happy. It is so hard to stay faithful to any diet and exercise routine, a buddy to work with will help a lot to keep motivated. Keep going and get another bear soon!
Thanks!!! Yes, buddies help a lot – especially during the trying times. 🙂

I have a treadmill. Somewhere. I think it’s in there under the laundry. Maybe it’ll be found one day when I put all the laundry away. How many calories can hanging a shirt onto a hanger burn??

Hahahahaha! Don’t forget you have to take it off the hanger, too! 😀
Dawn
Awesome job! Keep up the great work!
I cheated once (or twice) this week as well. Now back at it!
We can do it!!!!
Dawn
Stick with it, a one week plateau is no big deal in the scheme of things. Just keep focused on your goal and you will get there!
Thanks for the encouragement. 🙂

This is great!! I need to get healthy too. I’m starting to work on it and choosing healthier snacks at worn now vs sweets.
I didn’t realize we were on the same week! You are totally rockin’ it!!! Lets cross our fingers for the Holidays! haha
Woohoo!!!
Dawn
Great job on your weight loss so far! That’s awesome. Keep up the good work!
Thank you!!
Dawn
Congrats on the weight loss so far and I am sure you will be past this plateau in no time. I have a perfectly good gym membership that I don’t utilize like I should! More exercise is on my agenda as well!
