I do not know who Chicken boy is, but I am glad he has his own day. And Weirdos day? I had no idea I had my own day as well.
Dawn McAlexander says
See, I am not sure who Chicken Boy is myself, but I liked his name so I added him to the list, lol. Now Weirdo day is one I can get on board with, too.
Paulina says

Oh excellent, tomorrow is Be Late for Something Day, I can totally get behind that holiday. Only thing is, I doubt my employer will be celebrating.
Dawn McAlexander says
Maybe you can do it on Saturday and be late for the holiday, too. 😉
Tamika Parent Xpress says
Some of these holidays hit home for me in a big, big way. National Childhood Cancer and World Suicide Prevention Day is my big push to make sure everyone is aware of. There are too many children being harmed by these two evils. So Thanks for posting to make sure people have it on their calendar’s for next year.
Dawn McAlexander says
Thank you. I used to only post the silly holidays but decided to add in the ones that are actually important and meaningful.
Tracy Snyder says
What a great list! Most I have never heard of!

That sounds good. Or maybe they should get to deliver them later in the day. They get up insanely early!
FamiGami says
Beyond labour day, i haven’t heard of a single one of these holidays at all. How can I get HR to recognize them?
Dawn McAlexander says
Right? And give you paid leave, too? If you figure that out, I would love to know. 🙂

That’s way too many “holidays” then there should be that’s for sure. I’m all for National Drink A Beer Day! Though I don’t like beer, so I shall replace that with a tequila, haha
