Noizy Oyster Saltwater Cafe & Raw Bar #sponsored #MyMyrtleBeach

Noizy Oyster Saltwater Cafe & Raw Bar #sponsored #MyMyrtleBeachCheap Is The New Classy

We recently took a trip to one of our favorite vacation destinations, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. One of the things that we love about Myrtle Beach is that there are all types of restaurants available. If you like the big national chain restaurants, rest assured you will find them in Myrtle Beach. And if you like to eat like the locals, there are plenty of opportunities to do that in Myrtle Beach, too. We love to try different restaurants when we visit and, after years of visiting Myrtle Beach, we finally got the opportunity to visit The Noizy Oyster, which recently came under new management.

Noizy Oyster Review

The Noizy Oyster is located right in the heart of the main vacation area of Myrtle Beach at 101 South Kings Highway. If you are coming into Myrtle Beach off of Highway 501, when you turn right onto South Kings Highway, it will be one of the first restaurants that you come to which is really convenient.

Noizy Oyster Saltwater Cafe & Raw Bar #sponsored #MyMyrtleBeach

The Noizy Oyster offers a raw oyster bar, with several varieties of local oysters. They even have a display of the different types of oysters that they serve so you can see what you might want before you order. Of course, they also serve many other items on their menu besides oysters, so if you are not an oyster fan, you definitely will not feel left out.

We stopped by for lunch one afternoon. Being as it was the off season, it wasn’t very crowded. That was a huge plus for us. Also, we had been having issues with the wifi on our phones all around Myrtle Beach. The Noizy Oyster offers free wifi, and it was pretty darn fast, too. Yay! That definitely took them up another notch in our books. But, of course, the food is the real reason we stopped by, the wifi was just a bonus, so let’s get to that.

Seafood nachos. These look so good. Let's eat! ๐Ÿ™‚ #nachos #MyMyrtleBeach #ocean #vacation #food #noizyoyster #explore #f52grams #travelgram #yahoofood #instatravel #buzzfeast #buzzfeedfood #instayum #frommers #travelblogger #travelblog #travelbreak #huffpostetaste #travels #igtravel #marthafood #taste #travelstoke #traveldudes #roamtheplanet #igpossetravels #MyrtleBeach #instafood #travel [sponsored] @mymyrtlebeach @noizyoyster

Dawn and I ordered a shared appetizer of Seafood Nachos. That’s nacho chips piled high with sauteed shrimp, scallops and crab with cheddar and pepper jack cheeses along with jalapenos, shredded lettuce, pico de gallo and sour cream. It was a huge plate – plenty to split with your table, and the Seafood Nachos were so good.

For our entrees, Dawn ordered a blackened tuna sandwich. It wasn’t what she expected at all. Not to say that the sandwich was bad, but she was expecting tuna like you get in a can, not an actual tuna filet. It was huge and looked pretty tasty to me.

I ordered the salmon, which came with grilled asparagus and wild mushroom risotto. It was a big salmon filet, and it was delicious. How I ever was able to eat all that on top of those nachos, I don’t know, but somehow I did. I wasn’t about to let something that good go to waste.

Overall, I give Noizy Oyster a solid four and a half out of five stars. It was the off season when we went and some of the restaurants in town were shut down for the season, so it was great that they were open. Remember them if you stop by in the off season which is a perfect time to visit.

Overall, our experience was great at the Noizy Oyster. The food was good, the service was good and the atmosphere was something a bit different from the average restaurant. When the summer vacation season starts, and you want something local and different while in Myrtle Beach, then I suggest you check out the Noizy Oyster. We definitely think it will be worth your while.

We’ve been vacationing in North Myrtle for almost 30 years and I don’t think I’ve been to this cafe. I love to eat where the locals eat and we’ll definitely have to try this place the next time we’re visiting Myrtle Beach.

Both the tuna and the salmon look amazing. I tend to be hit or miss on whether I like seafood nachos, but those look delicious. Now I’m craving seafood! When we lived on the east coast, we went to Myrtle Beach at least once a year. While my immediate family doesn’t go anymore, my extended family does, so I’ll give them a heads up on this place.
