In January, I visited Cozumel, Mexico, and just fell in love with the country. It’s so beautiful. With the palm trees, the gorgeous beaches and the fabulous weather, what’s not to love? So, naturally, I am hoping to see more of the country one day. One place that I would really love to visit is Playa del Carmen. Winter is coming to Canada, so I would absolutely love to stay at a Hyatt in a nice, sunny tropical climate. That would be preferable to bone-chilling cold!

We stayed at Hyatt once on a return trip from the Caribbean. We had a stopover and it was the closest hotel near the airport and we LOVED it!
