Recently we were going through some old movies and found a video of my daughter’s 8th birthday party on VHS. I really had no idea I had this and the video wasn’t in the greatest condition anymore after years of being kept in a basement. It was really exciting to find though! Except for the fact that we haven’t owned a VHS player in like forever. I transferred all my VHS stuff to DVD a few years back and I’m so glad I did. So great to go back and watch stuff!
I try to create a DVD series for each year of my child’s life. I finally gave my son his DVD’s from the last 24 years and he was amazed at some of the stuff, he thought he forgot. I recommend doing this whenever you can. Great wedding gift as well to your children.
I still have some old VHS tapes with my sons Tai Quan Do on them so I need to get them onto DVD so this is such a great idea.
