#CartonSmart Pumpkin Pie Recipe
My pumpkin pie recipe is a variation of what is on the back of the McCormick Pumpkin Pie Spice container and the recipe from Pacific Foods. We like our pie spicier so we spiced it up a little. 😉 To make this pumpkin pie, all you will need is…
1 carton Pacific Foods Organic Pumpkin Puree {as shown above}
1 can {14 oz} condensed milk
2 eggs
1 1/2 tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 frozen and unbaked pie crust
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and stir thoroughly. The pumpkin puree will mix in just like pie from a can! Cook the pie for 1o minutes in the preheated oven and then lower the temperature to 350 degrees and cook for another hour. Let cool for at least one hour before serving.

i wish i had a recipe to share. i am horrible at coming up with recipes on my own which is why i appreciate others sharing their recipes! thank you!
What drew me to this post was the word “easy”. I’m not a fancy cook and unless it’s easy and calls for every day ingredients that I use and recognize I skip it. So when I saw Easy Pumpkin Pie I had to take a peek. I was glad to see the list of ingredients were short and easy. You see I have never made a pumpkin Pie before and it’s something I would like to make this year for Thanksgiving. I like that this company is using cartons to help the environment. I wish more companies would do the same.
Pumpkin pie really is easy. It is so hard to mess up. I definitely do not consider myself a chef and I have messed up my share of dishes in my die, but a pumpkin pie is not one of them. I encourage you to try it. 🙂
I’m glad to use a product that is packaged in a way that is safe for the environment. But my main concern is the product safe for my family. So I am glad that Tetra Pak products are organic

Interesting products! I hadn’t thought about jellied cranberry sauce but I think my mom would like to try it. My family loves pumpkin pie…adding the word easy is an extra bonus. 🙂

I use Pacific Simply Stock Chicken in my soup recipe in the crock pot. I use two cartons of the stock, 3 cans cream of chicken soup, half a jar of Franks Red Hot, two tbsp of sour cream, shredded cheese and serve with cilantro on top! Its awesome! Especially if you like spicy!!
