My husband loves brisket. Let’s face it, he loves pretty much anything with meat. And smoked meat – the slower it’s smoked, the better. If it is covered in barbecue sauce, he is in heaven. So, I recently found out that Arby’s is now offering a Smokehouse Brisket Sandwich and I shared this news with my husband. As you might imagine, he was pretty pleased with my news. 😉
It’s really hard to find a good barbecue sandwich. Sure, we have a few barbecue places around here, but sometimes you just want a place where you can just order what you like, sit down and eat, without worrying about a server or a long wait for a table. If you are like us, sometimes, you also want to just drive through. Sometimes we are in a hurry and we want a quality meal that we don’t have to wait on for 20 minutes.
We also like that Arby’s has a large offering of food, not just barbecue items. So, while Jay is enjoying his very tasty Smokehouse Brisket Sandwich, I can have one of their chicken sandwiches. You don’t always get this choice at a barbecue restaurant. So, everyone in the family can be happy. 🙂

I’ve seen the advertisements for these often and think they look interesting. My husband would love it, too. The great thing about eating out is the variety. Everyone can have something different. My daughter loves Arby’s turkey sandwich. She can have that, my husband can try the brisket, and we all will enjoy the fries and jalapeño poppers.

i havent tried it yet. there’s no Arbys close by to use but we go to Arbys any time we visit my husband’s family. I wish we had one here, it is so good.
I love Arby’s. I always get a beef and cheddar with both sauces and potato cakes.They also make a great Jamocha shake!
