Cruzan Rum ~

I don’t know about you, but sometimes I just feel like I need a break. My husband generally works 4 long days and gets 3 off on the weekend, so that is pretty sweet. Though we can’t do “nothing” every weekend, we do try to do “nothing” pretty often. After running across this super funny video, I think the folks at Cruzan Rum have my same philosophy. Very cool.

Ready for the weekend? Cruzan Rum invites you to stroll, not run to the island of Don’t Hurry. Yeah, anyone who knows me knows that running isn’t really my thing anyway, so I am good with strolling. 😉 It’s a place where you can just chill. Where chilling is not frowned upon. I like their style.

When you hurry through life, you just get to the end faster.

In this day and age, everyone seems to move so fast. Everyone works and has tons of responsibilities it seems. I really love when my husband and I can just kick back, watch the game and enjoy a nice concoction. If you really aren’t sure what kind of concoction you like to enjoy your Cruzan Rum in, you can always check out their drink recipes available on their website. Personally, I like Cruzan Rum best with Sprite and Sunny Delight, or Daiquiri Style. 🙂 Mmmm, peach and banana daiquiris are the bomb. I could really go for one of those right now.

NOTE: I love the parrot in the video too. He can fly, but why? Apparently he is too lazy too! Hahaha! He just wants to eat crackers all day and sit on the tree branch. Really, though, if that was all you had to do, why would you do anything else? 😉
