Superpowers ~
We are all aware of those famous superheroes such as Batman, Spiderman, and Superman. We are also aware of their superpowers. What if you could choose any superpower to secretly have? What would you choose? Also, would you rather be a superhero or a villain?
Of Superheroes and Superpowers
Personally, it is really hard for me to choose only one of the endless list of superpowers. I think for me it would be a tie between flying and shape-shifting. I believe that flying would not only be a cool {and handy} super power, but also a convenient one. Instead of driving, I could fly and save gas money! Haha. I could get places faster and would not have to worry about taking a driving test, getting tickets, or getting my car repaired.
On the other hand, shape-shifting would be extremely cool as well. It might even be better than flying. My reasoning behind this is that I could literally turn into any animal, sometimes even a human if I were strong enough. I could even still fly by turning into a bird. See, then I would have the best of both worlds. There are different types of shape-shifting and I think I would rather be able to turn into different humans. For instance, I could be like Raven {aka Mystique} on X Men. I could turn into any person I would want to be! That would be awesome. 😀
Of all of the superpowers, I think the one that I would be least interested in would be having x-ray vision. Sure it is kind of cool, especially in certain situations, but other than checking out hotties and looking in the refrigerator without getting up, it seems like a rather useless superpower to me.
When it comes down to it, I think I would be grateful to have any of the many superpowers. Anything that might make life easier is a plus, right? I also think that I would have a really hard time keeping it a secret. I know that in the end I would end up bragging about it to someone! If not bragging about it, then I would end up at the very least telling my best friend.

I would be able to move things with my mind and be invisible! That would be awesome…
I would want to be invisible! I’d love to kno what my employees are really doing when no one is looking! I’d also like to clone myself (well, at least the good parts) so I could be home cooking dinner but also spending time with my daughter doing something fun.
Flying would be great – it would reduce the carbon emissions! There are so many “cool” superpowers, it is hard to choose just one!
I totally agree with you on x-ray vision being the least useful. I would love to be able to freeze time though!
lightning speed is my superpower of choice 🙂 and yes, with the huge list of superpowers to choose from, it is tough to pick just one..
I think that it’s a tough thing to pick just one superpower. I like the superpowers that deal with your mind like super intelligence or telekinesis. I would want one of those I think. But you are right, there would be a lot of temptation to tell everyone but fear of doing so because I wouldn’t want to have to do things for everyone else!
those are some great powers…flying would definitely come in handy!
That would be true for me as well. I would blow the secret. Not with anyone I shouldn’t but I would mess up somehow and be found out. I happen to be a Klutz and the first time I fall and manage to do something I shouldn’t it would all be over.
I would love to be able to fly. I would also want to be invisible. That would be so cool.
