I love wearing skirts, but now that it is winter it has gotten too cold. That is why I got my first pair of No nonsense tights. They are a deep purple called “super opaque deep burgundy”. One thing that I really love about these tights is that they are not one size fits all. In reality, one size NEVER fits all. If they do, it is not pretty on most. These eye-catching tights come in size ranges from small to extra extra large. They are super affordable, comfortable and stretchy and can be purchased at food and drug stores as well as mass retail stores.

No nonsense Tights and Leggings

The second item I got from No nonsense were leggings. I like how they look like denim, when in reality they are super stretchy, comfortable and cozy. This particular pair is called “dark denim”. They come in sizes small to extra large. I love these leggings and tights because they allow me to wear certain things during the winter that I would not have been able to, such as dresses and skirts. If you are daring enough, you can even wear the purple leggings under a cute pair of ripped up jeans!
The purple leggings allow you to add color to your wardrobe without doing anything too drastic. One friend suggested that I wear a black or gray sweater-dress with the leggings and boots. This would definitely be cute! I, personally, like wearing the denim leggings with a baggy sweater because it allows me to look cute while still being comfortable. So far, I have fallen deeply in love with No nonsense tights and leggings and look forward to all of the other cute ensembles I will be putting together with my new pieces!

 

No nonsense has also recently teamed up with Jill Martin. The Emmy-award winning TV Personality and author is “stylish, modern and…exemplifies the No nonsense woman,” says No nonsense Marketing Director Andrea Angelo. Martin will be assisting No nonsense this fall in teaching women how to best wear their new line of colorful tights and leggings.

    Love all the colors! And also the idea of wearing black skirt/dress and boots with colorful tights … cute! I wear skirts all the time and it’s definitely a challenge in winter to not look dowdy. Thanks!

    Love the ideas, great colors..also you got me asking myself why I pass up the opportunity to grab the tights up for under my jeans. I live in Northern NH and forget dresses in the winter thats not happening, but I hate thermals and refuse to wear them. I always use to wear tights under my pants and need to go back to them for the warmth. Also No Nonsense can always be found with great deals in the drugstores, also important to a couponer like me 🙂

    I like wearing tights under skirts or pants. In the winter they add that extra layering for warmth. These are really pretty and I love the colors.
