Pomegranate has strong antioxidant and anti-inflammatory agent. Because of this, it is believed to aid in the reduction of cancer causing free radicals and promotes heart health. These come in capsule form like most other supplements I have ever taken. Take one capsule twice daily.

NeoCell Hyaluronic Acid

Hyaluronic Acid is an essential lubricant in healthy skin, joints and eyes. This liquid is enhanced with antioxidants for better eye health and absorption. You take one tablespoon of this supplement daily. You can either mix it with water, fruit juice, herbal tea or just take it as it is. I just take it like it is. 🙂

Super Collagen promotes skin, hair, nail, muscle, tendon, joint and bone health. To take this supplement, all you have to do is mix it with either a spoon of orange juice or water. Then you add 6-8 ounces more of either orange juice or liquid and drink it. I have only tried it with orange juice and it did not change the flavor at all. It only made it feel a bit pulpier. I LOVE pulpy orange juice, the more pulp the better, so I actually thought it made my orange juice better. 🙂

    I have just started taking biotin. It’s supposed to be good for healthy hair, skin and nails.

    I just take vitamins and eat a lot of jello. The jello helps my hair and nails and the vitamins help with my dark circles, but I have to make sure the vitamins have zinc and magnesium in them or I don’t get the same results =D

    I do not currently take any supplements for beauty, although my multi-vitamin is supposed to promote hair growth!

    Other than a prenatal vitamin (which I have been taking for over 5+ year – 1st while pg and then after we lost our baby girl, while TTC again) and my herbal life tea w/ aloe, I don’t take any actual beauty supplements!

    I don’t really take them for beauty. I take a women’s multivitamin, B12, and a green coffee bean/raspberry keotone.

    I take Krill Oil, a multivitamin and Nourish (hair and nails) which reminds me I forgot to take my vitamins this morning!
