Genuine Ginsu Sofuto Knives Review – Cut Veggies #likeaboss #spon

October 1, 2012 by Dawn McAlexander

Genuine Ginsu Sofuto Knives ~

Are you tired of trying to cut through veggies, steaks, or any other food but having a hard time? Are you tired of pushing that dull knife, back and forward, but seeming like you are not making any progress? I have the perfect solution… Genuine Ginsu Knives.

We recently received a Genuine Ginsu Sofuto Knife set that includes a 5 inch santoku, 5 inch utility knife, 3.5 inch utility blade and kitchen scissors that are all stored in a high quality natural hardwood storage facility. These knives work so well! We are very pleased! They are made from special Japanese Stainless steel that is known for its sharpness and strength.

When we first got these, we couldn’t wait to use them! So, we decided to have a nice salad. We used the knives to cut up some cucumber, tomato, and onion. It was great! The knives slid right through the food without having to apply much pressure. This makes the job faster and easier! Now, I can make dinner without my wrist killing me after cutting the necessary foods for the meal.

One of my favorite features about these super sharp knives is that they have wonderfully cushioned grip handles. The grip handles work well also, because they prevent your hand from slipping while cutting food (I wouldn’t want to catch my hand under one of these knives!).

Although these knives are hand wash only, they are made from special steel that doesn’t rust or stain. Trust me, I can believe it. I have used these knives many, many times and I have yet to see a single stain. For a fair warning in advance, you will want to use a cutting board when using these knives – which you should anyway. But definitely make sure you do with these. If you don’t you will more than likely scratch your counter tops. These knives are crazy sharp!

I’ve been looking for a new set of knives, so I appreciate the informative review. I don’t have a dishwasher, so all my knives are hand-washed!

I like the color of these and mostly the fact that the handles are more easy on my hands then most of the other ones the handles are so hard. I hear the Ginsu knives are the best around. We use alot of different knives in our house and this set would be great. Thanks for the review . Now I have a grwat idea for a Christmas gift now. I like the fact that they are rust free and super sharp. My husband is always sharpening our knives all the time .

I have heard of these knives many times, but until now, I hadn’t talked to anyone who had tried them. I’m currently in the market for a new knife set, and after reading your review, I am definitely adding the Ginsu to my list of possibilities!
