I recently had the opportunity to review something very different from anything that I have ever reviewed before. Giant Microbes is a company that produces plush toys of, you guessed it, microbes. These are the perfect thing for that person you know who just “has everything.” These are also soft and cuddly, while also being educational.
Beware – the Botulism plush that I picked out! “Botty” – as I am lovingly referring to him – came with a nice little card attached that tells a little about Botulism. I think this little fellow is cute, but I can also see people who really dig science as particularly enjoying these items. These are also great for people who like something different from the same old same old.
I also received a awesome coffee mug. It’s a really nice, big mug, too! I love finding different mugs, glasses, and other various dishes and my cabinets are a hodge podge of unique pieces that I pick up on vacations and here and there. This is a great piece to be added to any eclectic collection.
Giant Microbes offers tons of other items as well. I particularly like their soap dispensers and their various microbe petri dishes.

I love all the giant microbes! I think they’re just soooo cool.
