5 Things To Pack For A Spontaneous Day Trip

I love traveling. Day trips, weekends, extensive cruises or trips to other countries – it doesn’t matter. When it comes to traveling, I am pretty much down for whatever. As of the writing of this post, Wes and I are getting ready to leave on our first weekend trip together. We are headed to the Great Smoky Mountains, one of my absolute favorite places to vacation. I love that most of the places I have stayed at in this area are smoke free. As an occasional pipe smoker, Wes might not be so pleased. Therefore, we have come up with a great alternative – the Cue™ Vapor System.

The Cue Vapor System is so easy to use. It provides real smoking satisfaction [without all the sideeyes from non-smokers] and all you have to do is take it out of the box, insert a cartridge, and vape! Easy peasy. The patented device and a pre-filled, disposable cartridges provides vape-shop performance without all the complexity. Simple. Just the way we like it.

Snacks – No road trip is complete without your favorite snacks. And convenience stores may offer lots of choices, but they do not typically offer the best prices. Go to your local grocery store and stock up on your way out of town and you will be so happy that you did. If you have a cooler, you can always stock up on drinks, too, but I actually don’t mind spending a little extra for a drink that is nice and icy.

A Good Book – I love to take a great book along on a quick trip. Long car rides and lazy days by the water are just so much better with an epic read. Don’t you agree?

Collection Books – So, I love visiting the national parks. I have the National Park Service Passport Book and love getting the stamps at the different parks around the country. I also am a fan of smashed pennies. Aside from the books themselves, either of these is a free or very cheap venture. Also, the small size of these souvenirs makes them easy to store without a huge space investment in your home.

Cozy Cover And Travel Pillow – Sure, your trip might be spontaneous, but that does not mean that you have to sacrifice comfort. Grab your favorite cover and pillow [if you don’t have a travel pillow] and be a comfy passenger.

Cue Vapor System – When you are going on a weekend trip or even a spontaneous day trip, you can expect to find places that do not allow smoking. Also, who needs the judgment and the bad breath. The Cue Vapor System is a great alternative. And I find the smell of vaping to be much better than that of smoking. So, really, it’s a more ideal situation for everyone.
