A Tour Of The Mantissa Boutique Hotel #sponsored #experiencehartsville

A Tour Of The Mantissa Boutique Hotel #sponsored #experiencehartsvilleCheap Is The New Classy

On our recent visit to Hartsville, South Carolina, we got to stay at a boutique hotel called The Mantissa. We were really unfamiliar with anything in the area when we rode into town, including the hotel, so we really didn’t know what to expect. Once we discovered the magic of The Mantissa, though, we were thoroughly convinced that it could have been our home away from home. We have both even remarked that we could give up some of our belongings and actually live there. Yes, it is that nice. The Mantissa actually tops the list for both of us for the best accommodations of 2016. If you are going to head to Hartsville anytime in the near future, make sure you stay at this wonderful boutique hotel right in the heart of Hartsville.

A Tour Of The Mantissa Boutique Hotel

The Mantissa opened in 2015, so it is relatively new. With the modern decor and amenities, you can tell this as soon as you walk into their lovely lobby. It is adorned with pieces from local artists, and features a coffee bar and spa right there in the lobby. The building itself was renovated so that The Mantissa could come into fruition.

Our room was a balcony suite. It came complete with a full kitchen {with a beautiful concrete top island}, Keurig coffee maker, full sized refrigerator and so much more. It was basically a condo. It had a full living room with TV, and a spacious bedroom the likes of which I have never seen in any hotel before. The bed was a Sleep Number bed as well, so the night’s rest was quite wonderful for us both. It also contained a small, walk-in closet for our clothes and suitcase, again, unlike any other hotel that I have ever stayed in ever. Perhaps the most luxurious thing, though, was the bathroom, with an oversized soaker tub and a shower stall, it was just what Dawn and I both were looking forward to after a long day of checking out all that Hartsville had to offer. The sink in the bathroom was a modern one which I have not seen before and it was really cool.

I also want to say about the cleanliness of the room. There was not a speck of dirt that I could see anywhere. Not one. That says a lot about The Mantissa and their cleaning staff. They obviously go the extra mile to make sure that you get what you pay for here. I have never been so pleased with a hotel room in my life. I want to visit this place again and again.

Morning coffee on a beautiful balcony. Leaving in a few hours. Oh, and I almost forgot the balcony. Yeah, it’s small, but is ample enough to sit and enjoy a nice cup of coffee while looking out at the streets of Hartsville. And it is quite beautiful. It features wrought iron railing and beautiful furniture. The balcony and the concrete top island in the kitchen were Dawn’s favorite things about the suite.

Bay Breezeway for me. Irish White Russian for him. And a sweet rooftop view of beautiful Hartsville. While at The Mantissa, don’t forget to visit The Rooftop At The Mantissa – their rooftop bar. It offers gorgeous views of the town and a variety of drinks to help you relax and unwind. Dawn had a Bay Breezeway and I had a Irish White Russian and both were fantastic. The weather was great. The view was spectacular and the night was perfect.

There is no doubt about it, when it comes to hotel stays, this is by far my favorite for the year. I cannot wait to re-visit Hartsville someday and stay here again. Good job, Mantissa! 5 out of 5 stars, no doubt! Dawn and I both agree, if you travel to Hartsville any time soon and you stay at The Mantissa, we believe that you will thoroughly enjoy it.
