Protect Your Personal Data And Online Information With LifeLock #sponsored #BreachProtection

March 30, 2015 by Jay Crawford

How To Protect Your Online Information With LifeLockCheap Is The New Classy

Most of you, if not all of you, have heard of the recent hacking of major retail store chains and a certain entertainment group. Even Anthem, a huge and well-respected insurance company, suffered a security breach just a few weeks back which is affecting millions of Americans. This begs the question, if these large organizations can be hacked, then why can’t my personal accounts be hacked, too? That’s a good question. The answer is that they probably can be hacked fairly easily for a decent hacker. And that could mean loads of trouble for you and your family. It could mean stolen identities, drained bank accounts and huge charges on your credit card that you did not charge.

Prevent Identitiy Theft With LifeLock

Fortunately, there is something out there that can help protect you from these traumatic events. It’s called LifeLock. LifeLock is an identity protection service that continually monitors your financial activities to help prevent your identity from being stolen. LifeLock helps to prevent identity theft in ways that traditional banks and credit card companies cannot, such as tracking your credit score and monitoring over a trillion data points. This makes LifeLock more secure than your personal bank!

LifeLock takes a proactive approach to protecting your identity, detecting and stopping potential threats before they become a problem for you and your family. Plus, their service is comprehensive, using five different points of protection. That means that they protect your identity through all legal means possible. What bank or credit card company makes that promise?

LifeLock Offers Service With A Guarantee

LifeLock is also backed by their $1 Million Total Service Guarantee. This guarantee says that should your identity get stolen on their watch, they will spend up to one million dollars to help recover your identity. Also included in this guarantee is LifeLock’s Identity Theft Insurance, which is a zero-deductible policy that will reimburse you in the event of an identity theft for out-of-pocket expenses such as:

  • Fraudulent withdrawals
  • Lost wages
  • Lost wallet or purse
  • Child and/or elderly care
  • Document replacement fees
  • Travel expenses

When you think about it, what have you got to lose by using LifeLock? It is certainly good peace of mind knowing that there is someone out there looking out for you 24/7/365. Why not protect your identity to the max? Check out LifeLock’s packages and pricing today. Give yourself and your family one less thing to worry about!

Identity theft scares me. My sister had her identity stolen and she isn’t even on the internet. They got it worked out pretty quickly though.

I feel you on that. There are so many people who just absolutely refuse to get things the right way – they just have to take advantage of others. It’s crazy.

I have had my checks stolen & she used my name to open up an ATT account. It was a nurse on the first floor who took care of the older woman who lived there. I was so mad. I actually had to do my own investigation because the cops were useless. Everything seems ok on credit report now though.

    • Chrystal @ YUM eating says

      March 31, 2015 at 10:53 pm

It really is. When I was a teen and opened my first bank account I found out someone had been using my social security number. I learned about identity theft at a very young age.

      • Dawn McAlexander says

        April 2, 2015 at 12:28 am

That is one of the worst types of identity theft in my opinion. So many people’s credit gets ruined before they even get to use it themselves.

    • Dawn McAlexander says

I’m very security conscious, so I don’t worry about it too much. In addition, we lost our business during the recession that completely destroyed our credit, so even if our ID did get stolen, it wouldn’t do anyone any good.

Seriously, when you stop to think of it…we are soooo vulnerable for identity theft on so many levels, to the mischievous swipes of credit cards when we are out shopping to a fraudulent billing agent taking down people’s social security numbers to shopping online. It’s enough to make your head spin.
