X Out Review #sponsored #MC

December 15, 2014 by Amber {contributor}

I participated in an Influencer Activation Program on behalf of Influence-Central for X Out. I received samples of X Out to facilitate my review and a thank you item for participating.

X Out Review | Cheap Is The New Classy

Ever since I was little, I have battled with the struggle of having sensitive, acne prone skin. Sensitive skin can be a problem, and acne prone skin can be a problem, but when combined it can be awful. In about 6th or 7th grade I started developing acne. At first, it didn’t really bother me, but it only took a couple months of teasing to change my mind.

I Tried Tons Of Acne Solutions

So began my long search for a face cleanser and treatment that wouldn’t irritate my skin. I tried many, many different products only to see all of them fail, which made me miserable. If I did find something that would even slightly clear my acne up, it would irritate my skin. If it didn’t irritate my skin, it wouldn’t work on my acne at all. Although I did find a few products that worked at first and didn’t irritate my skin, they stopped working a couple weeks in. This is when I got the opportunity to try X Out for the first time.

X Out Review

I had heard about X Out before due to it being created by the makers of Proactiv. Due to me having a job and going to school full time, I really need something that can fix my acne problem, but not take up too much time in my day. I have had many friends successfully use Proactiv, so I thought trying X Out would be a great idea. Since X Out is specifically targeted towards teens, I thought it might have a better chance of working out for me.

When I received my X Out kit, I began to grow a little anxious because it states that it is not meant for sensitive skin. But, desperate to find something that would work for me, I tried it anyway. And I am really glad that I did. After using X Out the first night, I woke up to see a huge difference already. I used the face wash and the spot corrector and it had already almost completely gotten rid of my problem areas. Note: You only use the spot corrector and oil control when needed, otherwise just use the wash-in treatment. This allows you to have excellent treatment twice a day, in just a matter of minutes.

How I Fit X Out Into My Routine

When washing my face with the X Out face wash, I got sort of a minty feeling and smell, it was very refreshing. This also helped to wake me up in the mornings {added bonus}. I would wash my face at night, follow with the spot corrector if needed, and wake up with new and beautiful skin. I also got oil control, but I rarely had to use it due to oil not really being an issue of mine. Whenever I did need to use it, it got rid of my oily patches.

X Out Review: My Results

Now, I’m not going to say that X Out got rid of every single pimple. But, I am going to say that is has worked for me better than any other product I have ever used, and trust me when I say I have used a lot. I would estimate that it probably cleared 80% of my face completely, and what it didn’t clear, it minimized it to where my acne is now almost invisible compared to what it was before.

X Out Review | Cheap Is The New Classy

I have been using X Out for a little over a month now, and I am still seeing great results. At first, I will admit that it was hard for me to get into the routine of washing my face twice a day, but that is a problem on my end, not with X Out. Now, I immediately go wash my face without even thinking twice about it. Overall, I love X Out and I can’t even imagine trying anything else. I definitely recommend this to any teen with acne, oily or dry skin, or pore problems. Also, X Out offers a body bar to help with acne on areas aside from the face. X Out really helped with my acne problems and that makes me very happy.

    That’s great that it worked. I know what it’s like to struggle with acne. I had adult onset acne. I was miserable. Great video, very informative.

    I will be tagging this to check out, my daughter is almost 12 and we are starting to see the first signs of breakouts, this looks like a great product to use to nip them in the bud before it really becomes a problem for her.
