Dinner Idea: Gorton’s Grilled Salmon And Greek Salad {Recipe} #sponsored @gortonsseafood

January 6, 2014 by Dawn McAlexander

Dinner Idea: Gorton's Seafood Salmon + Greek Salad Recipe

We love to eat Gorton’s Seafood Salmon. And, you know what goes great with salmon? Greek Salad.

Quick, Tasty Dinner Idea: Gorton’s Salmon With A Greek Salad

Dinner Idea: Gorton's Seafood Salmon + Greek Salad Recipe #sponsored

Easy Greek Salad Recipe

To make a Greek Salad, you will need…
One bag Romain lettuce
One medium onion {sliced}
A smart carton of cherry tomatoes
A small carton of feta cheese
Pitted Kalamata Olives
Dressing of choice

All you need to do is layer the items on a plate, starting with the lettuce. Use much as you like of each ingredient. My husband does not live olives so we always leave those off of his. I love olives, so I like to add a little extra to mine. 🙂

Gorton’s Salmon can be cooked in the microwave for just a few minutes, so you can put the salad together while the salmon is cooking. Easy peasy. You have a tasty and nutritious dinner in just minutes.
