My Thoughts On The Evolution Plus Octaspring Pillow
Before I got the chance to use one of these Dormeo Octaspring Evolution Plus pillows, I had been using various cheap pillows that I had gotten from local stores. Although these pillows were tolerable in the beginning, they tore and became raggedy pretty quickly. They also lose what comfort they initially offer pretty quickly. However, the instant I laid my head on my new Dormeo Octaspring pillow, I was in love.
I think this pillow is perfect for whether you like soft or firm pillows. The reason is this: The pillow is thick and firm, yet it also contains octasprings that form to the shape of your head – this allows the pillow to feel softer, yet be supportive at the same time. Also, I had a problem with older pillows becoming increasingly thin as I used them. So far, I have not had this problem at all. This pillow is amazingly comfortable and provides just the right amount of support that leaves your neck feeling renewed and refreshed in the morning. Before I got introduced to the Octaspring pillow, I would wake up many times with my neck cramped and stiff. It was horrible!
Using this pillow, I am no longer worried about the pillow itself ripping and tearing. what I dislike about my current pillow is I picked it up for about $4 at Target!! It’s floppy, doesn’t hold its shape. I would love to have a quality pillow that is firm and supportive. I get frequent migraines that keep me in bed some days, so a good pillow would be a huge help on those days!

I think that I would like to use the DORMEO Octaspring® Evolution Plus. I have had 2 lower back surgeries and 2 neck surgeries and the support would be the best for me. I like that it aligns your spine and supports it.

I think the DORMEO Octaspring® Evolution Plus would be the best choice for me, right now. I’ve been trying to sleep on my back more often, since my normal act of sleeping on my stomach doesn’t seem to be working for me.
As for question number 2- I’m always looking to buy new pillows! I’ve had several knee surgeries, so I prop my leg up a lot at night while I’m lying in bed or on the couch and using my tens unit or a heating pad. Also, 2 years ago, I spent a good $450 at Bed, Bath, and Beyond on some hypoallergenic pillows that were supposed to offer a lot of support while remaining soft and cushy. These pillows were touted to last 20 years… they barely lasted 6 months before losing their shape. I now have to sleep on two at the same time to provide the same support just one of them offered me at the time I started using them.
Oh no, I hate that. Like you, I have purchased a lot of pillows that just didn’t seem to hold as well as I would have liked or as promised. 🙁

i received some memory foam pillows for christmas, and i really don’t understand what all the hype is about them. they are kind of hard….i think these pillows would be a lot more comfortable, thanks!

The pillows I have now were very expensive and were good when we first bought them. However within several months they had lost all their thickness, shape and support. They are not comfortable and have absorbed odors and have turned a yellowish brown even through a pillow cover zipped over the pillows and a pillow case have both always covered each of those pillows.
