Tailgating Recipes: Buffalo Fish Tenders

Tailgating Recipes Ideas: Buffalo Fish Tenders

To Make Buffalo Fish Tenders, you will need..

1 package of Gordon’s Original Batter Tenders
1 bottle of your favorite Buffalo Sauce

Tailgating Recipes Ideas: Buffalo Fish Tenders

Put the fish tenders in an even layer on a baking sheet. Coat the tenders in the buffalo sauce and cook according to the package instructions. Serve immediately.

*Note – This recipe is really yummy, but we might try deep frying these next time to see if we can get them crispier {just a personal preference}.

Gorton’s serving suggestion includes celery, carrots and either Blue Cheese or Ranch dressing. We served ours with French Onion and it was good, too. ๐Ÿ™‚

I like the patties, I bake a whole box at one time, put them on buns and freeze for a quick microwave lunch at work. Its a lot cheaper than the golden arches lunch.
