Flat Iron Experts ~
I don’t know about you, but I can never go out in public with my hair not styled. It is a total mess! It’s not straight but then again it’s not curly. It’s poofy, frizzy, and in no way attractive. So, I use a flat iron on my hair constantly! My hair is extremely thick, which makes finding a flat iron that actually works well pretty complicated. When I first received my past flat irons, I would be so excited and anxious to try them out. Sadly, in the end I would always get the same result. I would straighten my hair right before school, and by the time i got to school my hair would be frizzy, and starting to curl again.

What Did I Think About My Cortex Solo 450 Flat Iron?
I ended up choosing the Cortex Solo 450 Titanium Zebra Flat Iron / Hair Straightener (1″). Of course I had to get a Flat Iron that is zebra print! 😉 When I received it in the mail, I was so excited to try it out. So, when I got up the next morning, I sprayed my hair with KQC Thermal Shine Spray (which I also received from Flat Iron Experts). Then, I began straightening my hair! The straightener worked great and slid smoothly over my hair. With other straighteners that I have used in the past, it usually took about an hour and a half to get my hair completely straightened because my hair is so thick. I found that this was not the case with this fantastic straightener. It only took me forty-five minutes! I have to say that I am so happy about that! More sleep for me!
When I got to school on the first day that I used the Cortex Solo 450, it was a very humid day and I was scared that my hair was going to start to curl! I worried needlessly as it did not frizz at all! Another great thing is that I also received a nice holder for my straightener. This is a great thing to have so that you don’t burn your sink, or worse…catch the house on fire! I have never received a holder with any of my previous straighteners and this is a necessity, in my opinion.
Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my straightener! But don’t let the name fool you, Flat Iron Experts does not only offer flat irons. They have a wide range of products for all your hair styling needs. My Cortex Solo 450 is everything I have been wanting and I would recommend this website to anyone and everyone!

Straighteners are my best friends. LOL. I have to straighten my hair most of the time, too. It’s the only way I know how to “style” my hair at this point. Love the design on yours! 🙂
