Barnabas Collins (Johnny Depp) has been trapped for two centuries by an evil witch (Eva Green) who also happens to be his ex lover. Barnabas now has to struggle with the ever changing 1970s and save his family’s business while also dealing with his ex’s torment! With an all star cast that includes Michelle Pfeiffer, Helena Bonham Carter, Chloe Grace Moretz, Jonny Lee Miller and more, Dark Shadows is just in time for Halloween!

My husband and I watched this movie while it was still in theaters and let me tell you, it was really cool. It has some funny parts and has a great story line. Some times I felt so sorry for poor Barnabas. I had never seen the original series, but he had, and neither of us were disappointed. Any movie that Johnny Depp in is great – he is a hilarious and likable actor and he can play those spooky and different roles so well!
