I am a huge fan of Freddy Krueger from Nightmare on Elm Street. I have always wanted to dress up as this fanatic killer on Halloween, but I wanted to look cute at the same time. So, up until now, I never did because I could never find the perfect outfit. Well, the other day I found an extremely fashionable Miss Krueger costume! It was cute but fun at the same time! At first it was a hard choice because they also had a Marilyn Monroe costume! If you ask anyone who knows me, they will tell you that I absolutely adore her and consider her my idol. In the end I went with the Freddy outfit because it was more original and fun.
It was a cute impersonation of the all-so-famous sweater that Freddy wore in all the movies, but they had made it into an adorable mini dress! It also was accessorized with the hat and all-too-famous glove/knives he wore. When I saw this, I knew I had to have it right away! I was extremely excited when I had ordered the outfit and could not wait for it to come in the mail. When I was waiting for it, I was bragging to all my friends about this awesome website and all the cool costumes they had to choose from.
When it came in the mail I was overjoyed and had to try it on right away! If it wasn’t perfect, it came pretty close! I thought that the costume would be one of those that you wear one time and have to throw away because it didn’t last, but this one isn’t! The hat is made of a sturdy material that seems like it could be worn a lot without even slightly getting worn out! The dress was made of a thick material; of which I am thankful for because, as you all know, Halloween can get pretty cold!
Enough about the dress and hat, let’s get to my FAVORITE part of the costume, the glove! It is incredibly life-like! It looks as if it is made out of a cut glove and other handy parts to hold the fake knives on. The cool part is that it actually looks like the one Freddy Krueger wears in all the famous movies!
Altogether I am REALLY excited about Halloween this year! I love my costume and can’t wait to show it off at my college dance! They always holds a costume competition, and maybe this year I will have some luck!

lol, I can not even see the pictures without feeling horror. I am not sure what scared me so bad about the movie, but I have never been able to watch it since. Great costume, just don’t come to my door, please. lol

That is so cool! Freddy is ugly but you turned him into cute/intimidating lol 🙂 I’ll have to go check out other costumes for us before it’s too late; i’m very behind on Halloween planning!
