For instance, I had purchased one of those fancy schmancy toe nail trimmers {chihuahuas get some nasty long toenails – bleh} that twirled and spun and was supposed to “gently file away the nail” or some mess like that. That thing was expensive and didn’t work worth a hoot at anything except scaring the daylights out of Puppy Mister. It also broke after just a couple of uses. I bought myself a pair of dog toenail clippers from Deals {that came with a guard} for a buck and they work MUCH better. Puppy Mister still isn’t the coolest customer when we clip his toenails but our experience with these clippers is the best we have found – and at the best price. 🙂
Deals also has some really cute dog bowls. I have been looking for one to put in the living room, since we keep the dogs food bowl in another room. This way, they could have access to water whenever they like – readily available in the room we are most often in – without having to go to another room. I think that the above bowl is super cute, what do you think? Perhaps in the red?
As far as pet supplies go, our dogs’ favorite is probably dog treats. Our dogs especially love these. They are made in America, which is very important to me where things that my dogs consume are concerned. They are also only $1! We generally give these to Puppy Mister as he seems to like the softer treats better and Daisy Baby likes a treat that will fight back. 😉 So, we give her one of the harder varieties from Dollar Tree that she has to gnaw on for a while. We change hers up, as she likes to sample different kinds and is not as picky as Puppy Mister. Each dog is different. Whatever your dog chooses, Deals offers a ton of made in America treats for your doggies.

I had never heard of Deals before. I just did a store locator search and it only brings up the Dollar Tree stores in my area. Maybe it hasn’t reached Western NC yet?
Whoa, how did I not know that Deals has pet supplies? I also had no idea they offer local store delivery! Those doggie bowls are too cute! I just can’t believe I didn’t realize that section of the store. I feel like I need to go browse every isle now, who knows what else I’m missing out on!

Bummer! I used the store locator but there’s not a Deals store within 100 miles of here (no idea where the nearest one would be). Some day, maybe, but not any time soon, apparently.
Oh no, that does stink. Maybe you will get one soon. I like to check the stores out in other locations when I go on vacation, too. There is an awesome one in Pigeon Forge, TN. I love to get stuff that we will need on vacation but either didn’t want to pack or forgot. 🙂

I wasn’t aware until now about the Deals stores. I can’t believe that a Dollar store would deliver. Pretty impressive. We did have three dollar stores in town. Now we’re down to two. I’ve never even once gone in either of their stores without seeing a large number of people shopping. It seems more name brands are showing up on the shelves as of late. I also buy our beagles treats at these stores. They even accept coupons now.
