So, what May holidays will you be celebrating this year?
This list of May holidays was compiled from a calendar that I bought called Everyday’s a Holiday, from Holiday Insights and from random findings on the internet. We do not guarantee these holidays to be real nor did we create them. Don’t kill the messenger. 😛
Dorothy Teel says
Wow had no idea there were so many holidays in May, Only ones I remembered was mothers day and memorialday, but I do believe I need to celebrate a few extra like National Hamburger Day, Cookie Monsters Birthday, and No dirty Dishes Day on May 18, like this list was fun..
Dawn McAlexander says
No dirty dishes sounds awesome to me. 😀

Who knew there were that many celebrations/holidays? Wow so much to celebrate! I love the Hug Your Cat Day! 🙂 I have 3 precious rescue cats that I love like my own kids! I was always a dog person, until I met my hubby who LOVES cats! lol Never thought I’d have 3 of them, but they’re so awesome with their different personalities, they’re irreplaceable! 🙂
Dawn McAlexander says
Same here! My husband LOVES cats and I was kind of “eh” about them, but they are so sweet and funny!
Gwen says
I love the Great American Grump Out Day.
Jennifer says
Memorial Day! my fav
Jennifer Mae Hiles says
That’s awesome, I love that today is national wig out day. I’m going to assume it means to “freak out” as opposed to wear a wig out because that’s just more fun. Now I will really celebrate this weekend knowing there is so many great reasons to!!! 🙂
Jo-Ann Brightman says
There are so many holidays and so many strange ones. My favorite silly one is put a pillowin your fridge. Where are the holidays for June? I miss this list.
Dawn McAlexander says
Sadly, I never did one for June. Hopefully I will catch that one next year. I missed April, too. *gasp*
