Mental Blox

Do you ever feel like you just need a little extra motivation or inspiration in reaching your goals? I know I do. We all need a little positive reinforcement from time to time. Mental Blox are these creative blocks that have these nice little inspirational reminder to help you reach any goal that you might have.

Mental Blox – Motivation To Help You Reach Your Goals

The Get Fit Block is great for anyone who is planning to lose weight, tone up, or someone who is hoping to improve their health and body. When you are feeling like your goals are too hard to attain, just pick this cute block up and start reading the motivational advice that is always there for you.

Bullying destroys lives. No-one wants to be bullied and no-one likes a bully. If you are being bullied, please know that you are NOT alone! Join together to turn the situation around and get BULLY-FREE!

The next block, and my personal favorite, would be the Get Bully Free Block. I think that this block is so popular because of the fact that our current society has a serious bully issue. People get bullied every day and feel like they have no one to talk to and that the situation will never get better. Bullying can lead to serious societal and personal issues such as self-harming, depression, anxiety and suicide. Perhaps this little block could offer a person a reminder that life does get better.

The last block is the Get Well Block. This block offers a message to remind you that you can be well in a mental, emotional, physical and spiritual sense. Here is what the website has to say about getting well.

Health is the most desired state of being, so think well, get well, be well! No matter who you are or what you have, nothing is more important than your health.

  1. I would love one of these. I could use some encouragement even if it’s from an in animate object.

  2. Great idea! We need to fill our minds with positive thoughts to crowd out the negative.

  3. Anita Leibert says:

It’s always nice to have some encouragement when we’re trying to accomplish a goal!

  4. I love this idea!! I need these to keep in my work drawers as inspiration that I won’t hurt anyone that day! :)

  5. Gina Brickell says:

I really do truly wish that the bullying block would help some of the kids who are really depressed because of bullying. I have a 5 year old son that the school wanted to label as being aspergers.. He IS definitely a little different than the other kids, but doesn’t have many issues now because he’s in Kindergarten. I’m extremely worried about when he gets older because kids are soooo cruel and I don’t want to see my son become the victim of bullying. It’s so very sad to even think about.. If these blocks worked and helped them feel just a little bit better, would defintely be worth every teacher keeping one in their classroom..

  6. Cute idea! I think I need a “don’t eat junk!” mental necklace to carry around with me all day long. lol

Thisis a great idea. We all occassionally need something to bolster our spirits or remind us of what we can do/be.
