Fit Moms For Life ~
Recently I had the opportunity to review “Fit Moms For Life” by Dustin Maher. Maher is a personal trainer who has appeared almost 100 times on TV and has worked with over 5,000 moms in helping to transform their bodies and lives.

What I, personally, like about his book is that was inspired to help women by seeing how hard his mom worked and how little time he felt that she could devote to herself. He feels that women deserve this time (“me” time) which I really admire in any guy!
His book contains several confessions from people who have used and succeeded at his program. Chapter 9 is an exercise chapter which contains pictures to help you along in your journey. It also offers tips on what to look for in gyms to get the most bang for your buck.
This book is more than a weight loss aid. It gives you tips on total transformation. Chapter 5 offers tips on which fruits and veggies you should always buy organic and there is also a recipe guide.
I think anyone going on a journey to reach their weight goals should check out this book. Maher is not a drill sargeant (even though he does run Fit Fun Boot Camps), he comes across to me as someone who really just wants to help moms reach their goals, and he has the training and expertise to back it up. Personally, I value that. With all of the talk of “trainers” with no formal training whatsoever, it’s nice to know that Maher has a degree in Kinesiology (Exercise Science).
