The Big Game is coming and that calls for great party food. Party Rings are a particular favorite in our family. Today, we are sharing with you our Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza Party Ring Recipe. Be sure to also check out our Chicken Parmesan Party Ring Recipe for some extra options. I mean, why make just one for Game Day when you can make two? Am I right?
Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza Party Ring Recipe
You Will Need…
1 6 oz pack of pepperoni slices
2 cans of crescent rolls {or you can make your own dough, if you choose}
1 23.5 oz jar of your favorite marinara sauce
2 cups mozzarella cheese
2 tbsps butter
1 tbsp minced garlic
parsley {if you like}
To Prepare…
1. Open the crescent rolls and arrange them on your pre-floured pan {we recommend using the T-Fal Air Bake Large Cookie Sheet} in a star type shape as shown.
2. Put all of the minced garlic and butter into a microwave safe bowl and heat until melted, stirring thoroughly. With a spoon or brush, use about half of the mixture to cover the middle where all of the pieces overlap.
3. Cover that same area again with a few spoonfuls of marinara sauce.
4. Put a layer of pepperoni around the center and cover that with mozzarella cheese. Continue doing this until you run out of pepperonis and cheese.
5. Add a little more marinara sauce to the top of the pizza and cheese if you like.
6. Bring all of the ends of the crescent rolls to the center as evenly as you can and push any cheese pieces that have fallen out back into the party ring.
7. Spoon the rest of the butter and garlic mixture over the top and sprinkle with parsley if desired.
8. Cook on 400° for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and make sure that the bottom is thoroughly cooked. If not, try a couple more minutes until it is done.
9. Put a bowl in the middle and fill it with marinara sauce for dipping and serve. Yum!
This recipe only takes a few minutes to prep and it’s really easy to make. That’s one of the reasons I like it so much. Also, who doesn’t like pizza? We have used the butter flavor crescents in this and I don’t like that as much. We recommend using brand name, plain flavored crescent rolls as the knock off brands that we have tried seem to be stickier and harder to work with. Or you can always make your own dough, it’s up to you.

I've made a turkey and cheese party ring before, but never a pizza one. I have to say that it looks amazing. My family would dig into this in a heartbeat. This would be perfect for movie night.
We have made this several times and is always a big hit. We grind our own flour so I would be making the dough for the pizza ring. Always turns out great. Perfect to take to a party or for football food.
I've made something very similar to this recipe before. I think I got it along with a pampered chef purchase. The insides are more like a chicken enchilada - which is super yummy with cheese and salsa!
What a wonderful idea for a party appetizer! That pizza ring looks just amazing. Can't wait to try it!
I really need to try this! It looks really easy and delicious! I usually make a cheese ball for game day!
What a great idea for game day!! This looks so good, I know that my family would love this for tailgating at home.
I love how easy this is and how delicious it looks. I am always looking for new ideas for appetizers for the great games like the Super Bowl. I will definitely try this.
Oh, my goodness. I would not know when to stop eating this, lol. I need to try it!
I love party rings! I usually make a taco party ring but this pepperoni pizza one sounds like it would be really tasty.
This looks so good, I am going to have to make this with my grandson!
