Fun Fact #3: Creme Brulee is a dessert that has been around since at least the 1600s or 1700s {once again, depending on where you read}. Though I am not even 100% sure that I have ever even tried Creme Brulee that was made correctly, there is apparently a “Queen of Creme Brulee,” who can make it better than the rest.
