Imagine going out on the town with your woman, being dressed to the nines, but having an old, scraggly looking work watch on your arm. Ugh! I can kinda feel the judgment stares from other men. So, I was excited when Jord offered us the opportunity to review one of their wood watches.

The watch that I chose was the Fieldcrest Series in Black, which is a beautiful piece of hardwood with a stainless steel locking clasp (not one of those stretchy bands that pinches the hair on your arms – ouch!), and a gorgeous Citizen Miyota movement timepiece with a dark wood background. This watch is as elegant as it is beautiful. I highly enjoy it, and would recommend it to anyone. I know I have had it only a few days, but thus far it keeps good time, save for the moment when I accidentally left the crown with which you set the watch pulled out (that would stop any watch – oops!). But, we reset it, and it has been working fine, keeping time right on the nose.

Ladies, Jord Wood Watches did not forget you either. Many of their elegant watches are designed for women as well. Many of the watches also come with smaller bands {band width is clearly marked in the watches’ descriptions}. The colors of the watches are also neutral for either male or female.
