Jay’s First Carolina Panthers Football Game With Linky #wordlesswednesday

Carolina Panthers vs. Seattle Seahawks

This past Sunday, my husband got to attend his first ever NFL game. It was his beloved Carolina Panthers vs. Seattle Seahawks. He woke up to a last minute invite from our good friends Johnetta and Neil. Their son, John Austin, is pictured above. Unfortunately, the people that the tickets originally belonged to had a family emergency and could not make it to the game. I hate that, but I really appreciate that they let my husband have one. Perhaps one day we can return the favor.

Unfortunately, his Carolina Panthers lost, but he still had tons of fun hanging out with Neil and John Austin for the day. Jay said that they had to walk about a mile and a half to get into the stadium and they were stuck with traffic after the game forever. We have been to tons of concerts and this is often the case with those, as well. Leave early or be prepared to stay for a LONG time. 🙂 So, he wasn’t shocked by this. He bought himself and Amber a tshirt and he also enjoyed some Brunswick Stew at the game.

He bought a souvenir cup, too, and forgot it at the game. Yep, that’s my husband. 😉
