Johnetta is a thrifty stay at home mom who sells Avon to make some extra money. She lives in Virginia with her husband and her two kids. Jacklyn is her artistic daughter that she home schools and John Austin is her athletic son that goes to public school. She also has a step daughter Lindsey that is going to college to be a nurse. She loves cooking, gardening, and spending time with her family.

Like many moms, I cherish all of my pictures. It is a reminder of things that you have done with your kids, things they have accomplished and things that they have done that has made you laugh. I got to review some photo books from Modern Greetings and I have to say, they were even nicer than what I thought they would be.

Caricature Kingdom ~
I don’t know about you but I can not take a good picture. My smile is crooked and I always look funny. Then there are people like my step daughter who I don’t think could take a bad picture if they tried. I got the great opportunity to get to review a caricature drawing from Caricature Kingdom. I can not say enough about how talented these people are. I don’t have a single picture of me and my husband together that I like, well until now.

My family loves chili beans and when I make them, I make enough for at least 2 nights supper. I revised Chili Magic’s recipe to accommodate for that and I altered their recipe just a little bit. No matter how much I make, I only use 1 lb of hamburger. I do this because of two reasons.
1. Hamburger is very expensive.
2. Because I think it tastes just as good.
