Jay’s family has always been great party hosts. The holidays and big games are huge, elaborate get-togethers that are fun for all. And pretty much anyone they know is invited. So, naturally, game days call for great food for a large crowd. Usually everyone brings something and it becomes a nice pot luck. For our offerings, Jay and I like recipes that aren’t too difficult as we definitely do not consider ourselves chefs. So, if you like tasty, easy to make food like we do, this Chicken Parmesan Party Ring is a perfect recipe for you.

Chicken Parmesan Party Ring

You Will Need…
Tyson® Crispy Chicken Strips (3.5 lbs) (we buy the 3.5 lbs bag but you will not need all of these)
2 cans of crescent rolls {or you can make your own dough, if you choose}
1 23.5 oz jar of your favorite marinara sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese {or 1 cup mozzarella and 1 cup parmesan}
2 tbsps butter
1 tbsp minced garlic
parsley
*If you don’t use parmesan cheese, sprinkle some on top

To Prepare…
1. Open the crescent rolls and arrange them on your pre-floured pan in a star type shape as shown.
2. Put all of the minced garlic and butter into a microwave safe bowl and heat until melted, stirring thoroughly. With a spoon or brush, cover the middle of the “star” where all of the pieces overlap – using about half of the mixture.
3. Cover that same area again with a few spoonfuls of marinara sauce.
4. Arrange the Tyson® Crispy Chicken Strips on your star all around the center. Try to cover as much of the middle as possible.
5. Add a few more spoonfuls of marinara to the top of the Tyson® Crispy Chicken Strips.
6. Add your mozzarella cheese to the top of the Tyson® Crispy Chicken Strips.
7. Bring all of the ends of the crescent rolls to the center as evenly as you can and push any cheese pieces that fall out back into the party ring.
8. Spoon the rest of the butter and garlic mixture over the top and sprinkle with parsley.
8. Cook in a pre-heated oven on 400° for 20-25 minutes. You will need to check it at 20 minutes. Make sure that the bottom is thoroughly cooked. If not, try a couple more minutes until it is done.

Throw The Perfect Game Day Party

We love to gather at Jay’s mom’s house. Peggy {Jay’s mom} and John {Jay’s uncle} are great hosts and have a bar in their basement. It’s perfect for hosting events for the big game. They have a huge bar with a great selection of snacks and drinks to keep everyone happy. A snack that we love to bring when watching sports in their bar is chicken wings. We love Tyson® Wings (5 lbs) NEW Tequila Lime flavor. The 5 lb bag is huge and satisfies a hungry, sports loving crowd. These are perfect paired with any tequila based drink, such as the White Peach Margarita pictured, that is a personal favorite.

You can find both of these Tyson® products easily at your local Sam’s Club.
