I was skimming through my phone just a few minutes ago and realized that I took pictures of my pins that I bought at Hard Rock Cafe Pigeon Forge that I never shared with you guys. I initially typed Pigeon Forget. Yep, I guess that was right. For those of you that do not know, Hard Rock Cafe Gatlinburg is now closed down and Hard Rock Cafe Pigeon Forge took it’s place. Unfortunately, I don’t have any pins from that Gatlinburg location, as I just started collecting pins relatively recently, but perhaps I will be able to get one somewhere down the line. Looking around the net, I did find info on a Facebook group about a Smoky Mountain Pin Fest. That sounds fun, so that might be something to check out one day.
My Hard Rock Cafe Pigeon Forge Pin Haul
So, I think this was in like March when I bought these. I can’t remember what I paid for them, but I can tell you that several of them were buy one get one free or some other awesome deal like that. I think I spent around $60ish for all of them, but don’t hold me to that.
I do know that I have a complete “Front Porch Pickin'” set {the 4 musical ladies} from 2015. Now some pin collectors are serious and know all kinds of stuff about each pin. I do not. I just happened to find out the name of this set when I found that Facebook group I linked to in the top paragraph. I just think pins are cool to look at and make great, small souvenirs. I got into pin trading when I went to Disney World a couple years ago and have a pretty good collection now. I thought it was like a cool treasure hunt trading pins around the park. I just do it for fun. I am not especially concerned with value of the pins. I just want ones I like. 🙂
I had no idea that so many places sold souvenir pins. I now have pins from baseball games, Hard Rock Cafes, Disney, the National Parks and other places. I keep hoping that Margaritaville will get them. I have been to several in the past couple years {Myrtle Beach, Pigeon Forge, Panama City Beach, Grand Cayman, maybe somewhere else I am forgetting} and they all tell me they are getting them, yet I haven’t seen the first one yet. Come on, Jimmy Buffett. Get at it.

I remember when Hard Rock Cafe was all the rage. I didn't know there were that many still left. I love all those pins, they have a fun retro vibe.
There are a ton of them! Just off the top of my head, I have visited Myrtle Beach, Washington DC, New York City, Gatlingburg {that one is actually closed now}, Pigeon Forge and probably some more that I am not thinking of at the moment. :D If they ever close, I might die. *sniff*
I have not been to Hard Rock Cafe in so long! They are so much fun to check out! I love seeing all the memorabilia in their food is pretty good too!
Oh wow, you got some awesome ones. They do a great job on their designs. It's great that you were able to get that set. They may be hard to find soon.
For real! I went in 2016, too, and the worker pulled those out and told me they were limited. And I also got them on sale! Yay me!
We are in Knoxville, and have yet to go to the Hard Rock in Pigeon Forge. My son wants to eat there on his birthday next week.

That's really awesome, my cousin collects shot glasses from different bars and hotels. I like your haul, it takes you back in time with their designs!
I used to collect shot glasses but I got such a massive collection that I switched to pins. :)
Oh, these are nice pins. I remember my aunt who is collecting ref magnets whenever she travel.

Thank you very much. We travel often and souvenirs start really taking up a lot of space after a while. I think these make great, small souvenirs, that are still really cute. :)
I'm jelly for that collection! It's been a while since I last had a good hangout at Hard Rock Cafe, and that was a long time ago back at my homeland.
The only ones that I have pins from are the ones in NYC and Pigeon Forge. I also visited Gatlinburg {now closed}, Myrtle Beach, Washington DC and a few others. So, I have some pin collecting to do, lol.
I am not sure if we have a Hard Rock Cafe here in our place. Those forge pins are cute!
