12 Yummy Flavors To Help You Celebrate National Ice Cream Month #sponsored #Graeters

Did you know that July is National Ice Cream Month? And this year National Ice Cream Day falls on July 17th. Really, though, who needs an excuse to eat ice cream, amiright? Anyway, July has turned out to be a pretty cool month for me, literally, because Graeter’s hooked me up with a ton of ice cream to celebrate. And this, my dear, is no run of the mill ice cream either. According to the Food Network, Graeter’s Ice Cream is in the Top 5 in the country. And Oprah Winfrey declared it one of her “Favorite Things.” Why? Because Grater’s uses a French Pot to produce only the finest ice cream in small, artisanal batches. Because good stuff takes time.

Celebrate Ice Cream Month With Indulgent, Premium Flavors

Graeter’s Ice Cream was founded over 146 years ago in Cincinnati, OH. They look pretty good for their age, don’t you think? As a matter of fact, I got to try Graeter’s Ice Cream out for the first time at the SoFab On The Road Blog Conference last year, in Cincinnati. I fell in love but, alas, had not gotten to try it again since. I am not 100% sure which kind I tried there but I remember it was loaded with huge chocolate chips. Huge. Chocolate. Chips. Yum.

So, Graeter’s sent me a 12 pack of ice cream which includes the following flavors: Buckeye Chocolate Chip, Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip, Original Salted Caramel, Dutch Milk Chocolate, Coffee, Dark Chocolate Mint Crunch Gelato, Toasted Coconut Gelato, Mint Chocolate Chip, Mocha Chocolate Chip, Raspberry Sorbet, Oregon Strawberry and Madagascar Vanilla Bean. It came straight to my house, all frozen and tasty! Jealous? You can get your own ice cream delivery, too. The 12 pack is even 25% off right now!

So, we haven’t quite had time to try them all yet since we received the ice cream just last week, but it’s National Ice Cream Month and I didn’t want you guys to miss out. So, here is what we thought of the ones that we have tried so far. 🙂

Toasted Coconut Gelato – The first flavor that I tried was the Toasted Coconut Gelato. It had actual toasted pieces of coconut all in it. And it didn’t have that really sweet, fake coconut taste that a lot of coconut stuff has. It was real coconut that tasted natural, just like it should. So, so good.

Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip – I also tried the Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip. Again I must stress – Huge chocolate chunks. Mot chips. Chunks. Mmmmm….

Dutch Milk Chocolate – Jay had the Dutch Milk Chocolate. Jay said, “It was smooth and sweet but not too sweet. It was definitely one of the best chocolate ice creams I have ever eaten.”

HINT HINT!!! Be sure to watch the Cheap Is The New Classy social media channels on July 17th {National Ice Cream Day}. There just might be a tasty ice cream giveaway to celebrate. 😉
