Easy Banana Bread Recipe: Prepare In Just Minutes
Nothing makes a better holiday gift than food. Check out this tasty Banana Bread Recipe that can be prepared in just minutes. This recipe includes Kraft MIRACLE WHIP Dressing, which we were able to find easily at our local Walmart.
You Will Need…
1 egg
1/2 cup Kraft MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1 1/3 cups mashed fully ripe bananas (about 3)
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS Walnuts {or substitute for chopped PLANTERS Pecans}
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
To Prepare…
HEAT oven to 350ºF.
BEAT egg, dressing and bananas in large bowl with whisk until blended. Mix remaining ingredients. Add to banana mixture; stir just until moistened.
POUR into 9×5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray.
BAKE 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 min.; remove from pan to wire rack. Cool completely.
I recommend buying pretty loaf pans when you make this banana bread recipe. Then you can leave the banana bread in the pan while it cools, wrap some cellophane and a bow around the whole thing and then gift both the bread and the loaf pan. Who couldn’t use another loaf pan and who wouldn’t love a nice, fresh loaf of banana bread? Yum.

I love banana bread!! This one looks like a classically delicious recipe as well. I'll try to batch one up to enjoy this weekend.
Oh, I love banana bread! And I also love the words Super Easy!
Me too. If it's not "Super Easy" or at least "Easy" then it's probably not a recipe for me. :P
I love banana bread. I never knew you could make it with Mayo in it! Pinning this recipe.
There is nothing like homemade banana bread is there? It's so good - esp warm right out of the oven.
Oh my how yummy. Plus again with the Miracle whip or mayo in baking so cool.
Banana bread is so delicious, I grew up on it. I can't wait to try this recipe.
I would never think to add miracle whip to banana bread, I bet it makes it so moist. I just made a chocolate cake with mayo on my blog today.
I had never thought about putting mayonnaise or Kraft MIRACLE WHIP Dressing in a dessert before. It really gave it that something extra that just made it absolutely fabulous.
Banana nut bread is an obsession of mine. I would have never thought of using miracle whip to make it. Very good to know :)
I'm a big banana bread fan, but have never used Miracle Whip in my recipe. Will have to try it.
I had no idea that banana bread had mayonnaise in it. I tell you, this Kraft recipe is phenomenal!
Banana bread is the best. All hot out of the oven. Yum
