My husband’s favorite drink is iced tea. He likes it the southern way – with sugar. However, sometimes he takes it with lemon. My daughter and I, however, like to try it in a ton of different varieties. Fun Fact: Did you know that June 10th is National Iced Tea Day? It’s a great summer drink {though, admittedly, my family drinks it all year long} so this is no surprise to me. I like mine with a little lemon or as an Arnold Palmer {half iced tea, half lemonade, for those who may not know}. If you have not tried an Arnold Palmer before, you really must. It’s so good!

Fun Fact: The first known serving of iced tea was at the St. Louis World Fair in 1904. Tea plantation owner, Richard Blechynden, was selling hot tea and it was a hot day – so that went over like a lead balloon. So, apparently he added some ice and served it that way. People loved it and the rest is history.

Thanks so much for sharing my recipe! Off to check out the others.
No problem! I am so in the mood for some iced tea now. :)
I love iced tea year round, but there really is something about a tall cool glass of iced tea on a summer day. Like hot chocolate in the winter, they go together. I take mine unsweetened but with lemon. Not only do these sound refreshing and great since the fruit is in season, but they look pretty too. :)
