Reebok Skyscape Runaround: The Perfect Summer Shoe #MC #sponsored

I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting (#MC) for Reebok. I received a product sample to facilitate my review and a promotional item as a thank you for participating.

With summer right around the corner, I walk a lot more than I do in winter. Summer is when I go on vacation, fairs, flea markets, etc., and I just don’t want to do that in uncomfortable shoes. So, I was thrilled when I got the chance to review a pair of Reebok Skyscape Runaround shoes from Kohl’s. I owned a pair of Reeboks a while back that I really loved and my husband owns some now that he wears all the time.

Reebok Skyscape Runaround

I ordered mine in Pink, but Reebook Skyscape Runawrounds are also available in black, grey, zebra print, and many other fun colors and designs. When I originally ordered them, I was mainly drawn to the chic and cute design of the shoe itself. But, when I actually received them and tried them on, what I loved most was the comfort.

The new Reebok Skyscape Runaround is made from a foamy material that wraps around your foot – much like I imagine walking on a cloud would feel like. Yes, this material may be foamy, but it can take what you can dish as the folks at Reebok optimized it to take everyday stresses and strains that walking puts on your feet.

Due to my ankle and knee injury a few years ago, I sometimes find it hard to find a pair of shoes that are actually really comfortable. Because of the light weight of the shoes, I find that the Reebok Skyscape Runaround does not give my ankle something else to lift to further aggravate my ankle pain. These shoes are also low cut, so there is no friction against my ankle which is probably the greatest thing about these shoes! Also, the fabric on the shoes is extremely comforting and stretchy, which gives my foot a lot more room to breathe and move.

You Have To Love Machine Washable Shoes

Something that I particularly love about the Reebok Skyscape Runaround is that this is a machine washable pair of shoes. I am generally a clumsy and messy person, so I will definitely need to wash them. If there is a puddle or a piece of gum within a 50 yard radius, I will step in it. Trust.

My Thoughts On The Reebok Skyscape Runaround

At only 5 ounces, these shoes did not tire my feet out at all. And my injured ankle did not have to do any extra work. The shoes are also low cut so I didn’t get the friction against your ankles that I have experienced with other shoes. Because of this, I think Reebook Skyscape Runarounds are some of the most comfortable shoes that I have ever worn.

  • I love the great description and review. These sound great for my daughter. She has recently been experiencing a lot of feet problems. It's hard to find cute shoes that are supportive and don't rub in the back. We will have to check these out.

  • I may have to pick up a pair of these shoes for our Florida vacation. I usually wear New Balance but don't really need all of the running technology.

  • I picked the same pair and I am totally in love with mine. I wear them everywhere!!

  • These look super cute, and I'm excited to read that they are so comfortable. But the best thing is the fact they are machine washable. That is brilliant. And needed.

  • That's funny, it seems like every blogger that did a review for these shoes chose pink. They do look comfortable. I would go for a more neutral color.

    • They have pink and black at Kohl's and I just got a pair of black tennis shoes a few months ago. So I thought I would change it up a bit. ;)
