Simply screw the basket to the top of the drawer slides, remove the basket from the base of the slide and then mount the slides into the base of your cabinet using the enclosed template to line up your screw holes. Then re-attach your basket, and you are done. It seriously only took a few minutes, and all the hardware for the mounting was included.
