Panasonic Link2Cell Bluetooth Phone System Review @PanasonicUSA #sponsored

Panasonic Link2Cell Bluetooth Phone System ~

When I was asked to review the Panasonic Link2Cell Bluetooth Cellular Convergence Solution with 2 Handsets, I assumed it would be similar to every other cordless phone I have ever had. Boy was I wrong! I honestly had no idea that this type of technology existed. Even if you don’t have a land line phone, keep reading, because this phone will work with a land line phone, a cell phone, or with both. Now that is cool!

What We Loved About The Panasonic Link2Cell Bluetooth Phone System

The first thing that makes this phone unique is that you can actually link up to two cell phones and one headset to it using Bluetooth technology. However, only one Bluetooth device (cellular phone or headset) can be connected to the base unit at a time. You can choose whether you want all your handsets to receive your cell calls or just one. This feature is great because you can choose what works the best for you and your family. For example, my son has his room downstairs. He can have his headset in his room to receive calls from his cell phone. This will keep us from answering his calls, which in turn, will save us from having to walk downstairs to hand him the phone. Also, you can charge your cell phone through the base unit of this phone using a USB cable.

Some of the features that I love most about this phone set are…

* Power back-up operation for land line

When a power failure occurs, the charged handset temporarily supplies power to the base unit. This allows you to make and receive land line calls using a handset during a power outage. If your power goes out as much as mine does, you will love this feature as much as I do.

* Call Block up to 250 numbers

This feature allows the unit to reject calls from numbers that you have stored on your call block list and numbers that don’t show up on the caller ID. This is a great way for us not to have to deal with telemarketers all day. 😉

* Silent Mode

Silent mode allows you to select a period of time that the phone does not ring. This is a great feature for people who work 3rd shift or if you have a problem with your kid’s friends calling after bed time.

* Talking Caller ID

Announces the name or number of the caller. I don’t have to get up to see who is calling.

* Shared Phone book

Any registered handset and base unit can access the phone book. You can also add your cell phone’s phone book to this phone.

* Locator Button to find misplaced Handsets

When your kids lose your phone, then you can find it. 😀

The answering machine is great but the feature that separates it apart from other phones is new message alert by call. This feature allows the unit to make a call to the pre-stored phone number and inform you that a new message has been received.

This phone has even more features than what I listed, which is amazing because I listed a bunch.

Every family is different and has different needs. With all of Panasonic KX-TG7872s’ features, I can’t think of anyone’s needs this phone doesn’t meet. I am truly impressed by it.
