Feudin’ Feastin’ Fun At The Hatfields and McCoys Dinner Show In Pigeon Forge #sponsored

Hatfields and McCoys Dinner Show Review ~

One of my relatives did a family tree years ago and discovered that we are related to either the Hatfields or the McCoys, though I can’t recall now which. For those of you who know me and are thinking, “yeah, that’s what I figured,” stop it. One of Amber’s friends is related to both. That is the person you need to worry about. 😉 At any rate, Jay and I were treated to one of the performances at the Hatfields and McCoys Dinner Show in Pigeon Forge and it was a real hoot!

Granny’s Cookin’ At The Hatfields and McCoys Dinner Show

Who doesn’t love granny’s cookin’? If you are still reading this review, I am sure you are someone who does. 😉 So let me tell you about dinner. Our dinner consisted of fried chicken, pulled pork bbq, slaw, corn on the cob, mashed potatoes, rolls, dessert and sweet tea {there are plenty of other drink options as well}. And oh my gosh, they served the BEST soup I have ever tasted in my life. You can buy the soup in the gift shop, so if you like it as much as we did, you may want to pick up some on your way out. Our dinner was served at our 2 person table buffet style – and I really have no idea how you couldn’t find something you like to eat.

But How Was The Hatfields and McCoys Show?

Jay and I thought the show was great. It is highly choreographed with lots of dance and fight {humorous, not graphic} scenes. This story does not play out like a graphic historical walk through the Hatfields and McCoys feudal history. It’s just good family fun. Don’t worry, we feel this show is safe for the kiddos. Also the kids will LOVE LOVE LOVE all the animals around the building {be sure to walk around the entire building}. Full of talented singers, dancers and musicians, we highly recommend the Hatfields and McCoys Dinner Show.

One tip: There are high seats {like for a bar} and there are low seats {traditional for a table}. If you have any kind of leg issue, or other issue that might cause you problems sitting in a high seat where you can’t put your feet on the ground, make sure to ask for a traditional height table so that you can be comfy the entire show. 🙂 The Hatfields and McCoys Dinner Show is presented in an intimate half circle type setting and every seat in the house is a good one.

Ah Oh! Looks like we caught a Jay in a john. 😉
