Keurig K-Cup Brewer~

You can never have too much of a good thing. That’s my philosophy. We already have one Keurig K-Cup Brewer {which I gave my wife for her birthday almost 2 years ago – I am such a good husband}, but when the opportunity came up to review another Keurig, the Keurig K65 Special Edition Brewer, we were especially pleased to be able to share the perfect coffee love that is Keurig with you guys.

So, What’s So Great About Keurig?

If you are unfamiliar with the wonderfulness of a Keurig K-Cup Brewer, then let me enlighten you as to the advantages of this coffee maker. Everyone is different. Everyone likes their coffee a different strength, flavor, etc. In our household, Dawn likes her coffee a little weaker than I do, and she loves flavored and iced coffees a little more than I do. However, in regular 12-cup coffee makers, everyone is subject to the same strength and flavor coffee. That’s the beauty of a Keurig K-Cup Brewer! Each cup is brewed individually, to each person’s liking. If you don’t like your coffee strong, then choose a lighter brewed K-Cup. Like yours stronger? Choose a bolder K-Cup! They have tons of different flavors of K-Cups to choose from, including iced teas, cider and hot chocolate as well!

Keurig K-Cup Brewers are simple to use, too. They come with a removable 60 oz. water reservoir for easy refilling. Simply fill the reservoir with tap or bottled water, whichever you prefer, to the max fill line, and replace the reservoir on the side of your Keurig K-Cup Brewer.

Next, turn on your Keurig K-Cup Brewer, and wait just a couple of minutes to allow it to heat up.

Then, raise up on the silver handle below the word “Keurig” on the front of your Keurig K-Cup Brewer, and insert your chosen K-Cup into the K-Cup holder. Then close the lid back until you hear a small pop. That’s the sound of the needles penetrating the K-Cup. Your display will read “Ready to Brew” and your buttons will be flashing.

The next step is to choose your cup size. Below the display on your Keurig K-Cup Brewer there will be buttons with different cup sizes on them, depending on which type of brewer you have. Ours is the programmable K65 Special Edition, with three different sizes: 6,8, and 10 oz. For this example, I am using a larger plastic mug, therefore the 10 oz size, or the button on the far right, will be the one I choose. Simply press the button you choose, and the let your Keurig K-Cup Brewer do the work! Easy peezy!

Keurig K-Cup Brewers brew perfect cups of coffee every time that taste delicious! You can also program your Keurig K-Cup Brewer to turn on and off at certain times, to stay on for a certain length of time, and you can set the temperature so that your coffee is actually drinkable once you make it and not scalding hot like at many restaurants and coffee shops.

For the money, the Keurig K-Cup Brewer is one of the best buys on the market. They require less water than other coffee makers, and there is less waste.
