For my review, I chose the “You Must Pay The Rent” ceramic wall art. I think it’s funny and what got me most was the artist’s description of why he did this piece.

“What inspired me to create this artwork is the expression on the face of house owners when their tenants refuse to pay their rent,” says Ghanaian artisan Azariah Norteye. Working in ceramic, he depicts the stern landlord as a wall sculpture.

I like his style. 😉 We have done a couple of reviews for Novica now and we always LOVE their items. They are always excellent quality and made to last. We have reviewed bags and jewelry {my daughter kept these} and I anxiously await this beautiful piece of art to hang in my home and be a conversation piece!
